  1. Mô tả công việc Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng PMC (Production Material Control). Lập và kiểm soát kế hoạch sản xuất theo Forecast, đơn hàng và năng lực sản xuất. Quản lý kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu, đảm bảo cung ứng đầy đủ cho sản xuất, không để xảy ra tình trạng thiếu vật tư gây dừng chuyền. Theo dõi và kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên vật liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm; tối ưu mức tồn kho và giảm hàng chậm luân chuyển. Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sales, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, QA, PE và các đơn vị liên quan nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất và giao hàng đúng hạn. Phân tích nhu cầu, cân đối năng lực sản xuất (Manpower, Machine, Material) và đề xuất phương án xử lý khi có biến động. Theo dõi, phân tích và cải tiến các chỉ số KPI như: On Time Delivery (OTD), Production Plan Achievement, Inventory Turnover, Material Shortage, Premium Freight... Xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình quản lý kế hoạch sản xuất, quản lý vật tư và kiểm soát tồn kho. Quản lý, đào tạo, đánh giá và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên phòng PMC. Báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban Giám đốc về tình hình sản xuất, tồn kho, giao hàng và các rủi ro trong chuỗi cung ứng.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị sản xuất, Quản lý công nghiệp, Logistics, Supply Chain hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan. Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực PMC, Planning hoặc Supply Chain; trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty sản xuất điện tử hoặc doanh nghiệp FDI Nhật Bản. Am hiểu về Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control, MRP, ERP/SAP và Supply Chain Management. Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, phân tích dữ liệu, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý đội ngũ. Thành thạo Microsoft Excel; biết sử dụng Power BI hoặc các công cụ phân tích dữ liệu là một lợi thế. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt; biết tiếng Nhật là lợi thế.
  3. Chế độ Mức lương: 25-35 triệu gross Thời gian làm việc: 8h00-17h00 Thứ 2- Thứ 6+ 2 Thứ7/ tháng 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH đóng trên tổng lương Thử việc hưởng 100% lương, đóng BHXH, BHYT,… Có tham gia Bảo hiểm sức khoẻ 24h Xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội về nhà máy
