Job Description Xây dựng, đề xuất mục tiêu thực hiện công việc Phòng Kỹ thuật sản xuất theo mục tiêu (mục tiêu năm/ quý/ tháng) Chịu trách nhiệm trước cấp trên về hiệu quả của Phòng liên quan đến các đầu việc thuộc Phòng Kỹ thuật phải thực hiện bao gồm các nhóm Kỹ thuật sản xuất & tổ mẫu (cơ khí), nhóm cơ điện, nhóm công nghệ & tự động hóa. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai công việc, điều phối nhóm, hướng dẫn triển khai, theo dõi, giám sát và đánh giá kết quả làm việc. Đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng công việc được giao. Xây dựng Tài liệu liên quan đến Phòng Kỹ thuật sản xuất. Quản trị kỹ thuật và tối ưu quy trình sản xuất. Tổ chức phát triển, chế thử và chuyển giao sản phẩm mới. Quản lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật và kiểm soát thay đổi. Cải tiến công nghệ, tự động hóa và phát triển kỹ thuật sản xuất. Tiếp nhận các chuyển giao công nghệ, hướng dẫn vận hành… từ đơn vị bên ngoài, thiết lập tài liệu đào tạo và thực hiện đào tạo bộ phận liên quan. Đánh giá định kỳ, phân tích rủi ro và cơ hội cải cải tiến về quy trình sản xuất đưa ra các điểm cải tiến với mục đích tối ưu năng xuất, giảm hao phí, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm. Phối hợp theo dõi các nhà cung cấp hỗ trợ bộ phận mua hàng (về quy trình, kỹ thuật sản xuất, chất lượng sản phẩm…) Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình sản xuất tại Nhà máy hoặc bên ngoài (Nhà cung cấp) Quản lý thiết bị, cơ điện, hạ tầng tiện ích và an toàn kỹ thuật – PCCC Chịu trách nghiệm công tác quản lý nhân sự thuộc nhóm (giao và đánh giá KPIs, bảng chấm công, đánh giá chất lượng nhân sự, công tác 5S…): nhân viên kỹ thuật, nhân viên cơ điện Triển khai các công việc được giao khác bởi cấp trên đảm bảo duy trì chức năng hoạt động của phòng.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên nghành cơ khí, chế tạo máy hoặc chuyên ngành tương đương khác. Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương. Sử dụng tốt phần mềm thiết kế 2D, 3D: AutoCAD, Solidwork… Kỹ năng tư duy và đổi mới sáng tạo. Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện công việc, nhân sự. Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên (phân công công việc, giám sát và đánh giá kết quả công việc của nhân viên) Kỹ năng nghiên cứu, phân tích, tổng hợp, báo cáo. Hiểu biết về tự động hóa, máy móc, thiết bị, khuôn và đồ gá trong sản xuất sản phẩm gỗ, thép. Hiểu biết về máy và vận hành dạng máy gia công áp lực (đột, dập), lập trình máy CNC (cắt, uốn, hàn…, dây tryền sơn tĩnh điện)
