The posting

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Überwachung der Abteilung Herstellung sowie für die Validierung der Herstellungs- und Reinigungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards (GMP) und der regulatorischen Anforderungen der Herstellung
  • Aufklärung von Abweichungen in der Herstellung inkl. des Betriebs eines Systems zur Fehlervermeidung
  • Vorbereitung von Inspektionen durch lokale und (inter-) nationale Behörde, gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen GMP-Abteilungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung der Qualitätskontrolle, Qualitätssicherung, der QP und dem Engineering-Team
  • Budgetverantwortung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling zur Überwachung der finanziellen Ressourcen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Personalverantwortung für etwa 20 Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortung für die Personalentwicklung, Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Exitinterviews

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie, o.ä. Fachrichtungen mit zellbiologischen Kenntnissen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Wissen über GMP-Richtlinien und regulatorische Anforderungen im pharmazeutischen Bereich, Annex 1 Voraussetzung, Annex 4 (GMP für ATMP) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der Projektarbeit sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit z.B. FDA sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
  • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Sprachniveau C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, Entscheidungsfreude sowie eine analytische Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse effizient zu steuern und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
