What you’ll do:

Under the direction of the Meat Manager, a Meat Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well ensuring merchandising and image standards for the department are maintained to deliver solutions that matter most to the customer. Key responsibilities are but not limited to;

  • Ensure all production and preparation adheres to the production schedule, quality cuts, recipes, and product quality standards.
  • Attends to customer request and ensuring customers are the priority.
  • Completes housekeeping and maintenance in accordance with the standards and established schedules.
  • Completing departments checklists as required, reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Manager
