Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Business Intelligence und Analytics bei coac spielst du eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Team. Du arbeitest in unseren Data Lakes und erstellst Auswertungen für unsere Kunden und unsere Softwarelösungen. Du erkundest neue Technologien wie SAP BTP, SAP SCT, Power BI, bringst deine Ideen für deren Einsatz in unsere Projekte ein und hilfst uns dabei, die Zukunft der Industrie zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

ETL-Prozesse:

  • Du entwickelst, implementierst und verwaltest ETL-Prozesse zur Datenintegration aus verschiedenen Quellen.
  • Du stellst die Datenqualität und -konsistenz durch regelmäßige Überwachung und Optimierung der ETL-Pipelines sicher.

Datenanalyse:

  • Du führst Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen durch.
  • Du nutzt statistische Methoden und maschinelle Lernmodelle zur Mustererkennung und Vorhersage.
  • Du interpretierst Analyseergebnisse und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

Berichterstellung:

  • Du entwickelst Berichte und Dashboards zur Visualisierung von Geschäftsdaten.
  • Du arbeitest mit Fachabteilungen zusammen, um deren Berichtsanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
  • Du präsentierst die Analyseergebnisse vor Stakeholdern und Management.

Administration:

  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos laufen und behebst auftretende Probleme.

Dein Profil

  • Daten-Enthusiast: Du bist Student (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Chemie oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.
  • Programmierkenntnisse: Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in SQL und/oder Python und bist motiviert, deine Fähigkeiten in dieser Sprache weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Datenbankkenntnisse: Du hast Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenbankmanagement. Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit ETL-Tools und -Technologien.
  • BI-Kompetenz: Du bist vertraut mit BI-Tools (z.B. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du verfügst über starke Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und Dateninterpretation.
  • Linux-Kenntnisse: Du bist mit der Bedienung einer Linux-Konsole vertraut.
  • Selbständigkeit: Du springst ins kalte Wasser, bevor jemand auch nur auf die Idee kommt dich zu werfen.
  • Teamgeist: Du bringst Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist mit und freust dich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit einem dynamischen Team.
  • Sprachen: Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf muttersprachlichem Niveau; zudem verfügst du über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
