  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Experience using Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect operational performance with financial outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently investigate complex business questions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, regression analysis, or forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, or cloud-based analytical tools.
  • Experience with Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar financial systems.
  • Background in waste management, environmental services, logistics, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-location, acquisition-driven, or private equity-backed organization.
  • A track record of developing automated reporting solutions and improving analytical efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
