Business Development Manager (CCTV, ICT, Networking) 

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key partners.
  • Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of projects and business opportunities.
  • Promote company's CCTV, access control, video intercom, display, networking, AIoT, and other integrated solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with product and technical teams to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement and project development through negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, solution discussions, and regular account visits.
  • Develop strategic accounts and strengthen company's presence within assigned markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other required business updates.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in CCTV, security, ICT, networking, ELV, or technology solutions.
  • Strong experience handling large enterprise accounts and major projects, preferably with proven multimillion-peso project wins.
  • Has an established network among end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and/or key industry accounts.
  • Strong understanding of project-based and solution selling.
  • Able to identify opportunities from early project stage through bidding, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, especially with senior decision-makers.
  • Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with clear revenue targets.
  • Experience with brands/products related to CCTV, access control, video intercom, display, networking, IoT, or integrated security solutions is highly preferred.
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits.

Work Set up:

  • Dayshift / 5 days/week with 1-time Saturday reporting in a month
  • Onsite
  • Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
