The posting

Summary of the role The Supply Chain & Customer Service Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The role serves as the key point of coordination between customers, manufacturing plants, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in SAP.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, shipments, and delivery with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain customer and material master data and support product phase-in/phase-out activities.
  • Prepare shipping and export documentation while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Support Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable activities, invoice processing, purchase orders, and month-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Provide operational support to maintain business continuity and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Order Management within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Supply Chain or Customer Service role.
  • Proficient in SAP (ECC, HANA, IBP) or other ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French or Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
