Summary:

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital solutions company based in Cebu. Our client seeks a HR Supervisor to lead recruitment and onboarding for management-level positions, employee engagement, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions for management level, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and support employee career development programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Maintain accurate attendance records and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure correct compensation and benefits management.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop HR teams
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
