Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant at the Assistant Manager level to lead and deliver core HR transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Employee Central configuration, business process design, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. This role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to implement scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution validation with HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Configure key EC components such as:
  • Foundation Objects
  • Employee Data Models
  • Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Event Derivation
  • Integrate EC with Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for interface design, middleware integration, and data migration.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT phases.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and local labor regulations.
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
  • Stay updated on RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP BTP innovations in HR.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Position Management
  • Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Experience with Fiori-based UI, SuccessFactors APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment models, agile delivery, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
  • Experience in global rollouts, multi-country configurations, and regulated industries.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP extensions, Workforce Analytics, and SuccessFactors Mobile.

Educational Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
