QUALITY DIRECTOR - Has Background in Revenue Cyle Management (RCM)

- With HEALTHCARE, PRIOR AUTH, REVERIFICATION

- Has 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE

- Can Start ASAP/Immediately



A Quality Director for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) ensures adherence to industry standards, regulates compliance and enhances patient care. Key responsibilities include:



Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and enforcing quality standards: Establishing policies and procedures. 2. Auditing and compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations (HIPAA, OIG). 3. Risk management: Identifying and mitigating revenue cycle risks. 4. Process improvement: Optimizing workflows and efficiency. 5. Training and education: Staff development and guidance. 6. Metrics and reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). 7. Patient satisfaction: Ensuring excellent patient experience.
