The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar user workspace management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and user workspace management technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
