¿Qué buscamos?

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo Especializado de Depósito - Contrato a Plazo Fijo para nuestra Planta Córdoba.

Su misión será: Ejecutar los procesos administrativos establecidos para el desarrollo de la carga y descarga de camiones de larga distancia en el Depósito Central de Coca-Cola Andina Argentina, planta Córdoba, a fin de lograr el cumplimiento preciso de las tareas a realizar, el seguimiento metodológico de los procedimientos administrativos, el aseguramiento de la alineación de stocks de producto terminado, la productividad de la operación y el nivel de servicio acordado con los clientes.

Sus principales tareas serán:

  • Actualizar los sistemas de información, a medida que se van generando o actualizando los datos de planificación de cargas e ingreso de camiones.
  • Preparar la documentación para la administración de cargas de manera organizada y temprana.
  • Asignar cargas a operadores, en función de la secuencia real de camiones y la disponibilidad de recursos, a medida que se van liberando; monitoreando las ejecuciones operativas parciales en WMS y en el YMS.
  • Informar a los choferes de camiones de larga distancia respecto a la documentación y al estado de su carga.
  • Ejecutar movimientos sistémicos de materiales y procesos administrativos de gestión, establecidos para complementar la ejecución operativa.
  • Comunicar los resultados operativos del turno y demás información relevante.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante o graduado de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial o Logística. (excluyente)
  • Manejo Excel: Intermedio. (excluyente)
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de medición de procesos. (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de normas auditables: calidad, inocuidad, seguridad y medioambiente. (deseable)
  • Experiencia en empresas con operaciones logística comerciales. (deseable)
  • Experiencia previa como usuario en el Sistema SAP PS4 (S4HANA). (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos (turno mañana , tarde y noche). (excluyente)
