Kontakt: Daria Poloz, e-mail: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>VAŠE NOVÁ NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:Pracovní den zahájíte převzetím výrobní linky po čištění a provedete přípravu linky na najetí.Během směny:- Míchání sirupů pro portfolio našich nápojů ve správném poměru dle unikátních receptur- Kontrolu, zda všechny kvalitativní parametry nápojů jsou v pořádku- Řízení procesů výroby našich nápojů (vč. důležitých procesů - pasterace, sanitace, homogenizace…)- Provádění úklidu technologického zařízení a prostoru sirupárny- V případě poruchy strojů budete provádět a spolupracovat s údržbou na mechanických opravách a podílet se na servisních činnostech při odstávkách strojů.- Práce na 12 hodinové směny (6:00 - 18:00; 18:00 - 6:00), včetně některých víkendů a svátků, pravidelný systém rozdělený dopředu- Ochota pracovat po domluvě přesčas.- Ohodnocení s měsíční bonusovou složkou.- Přátelské a otevřené prostředí.- Možnost pracovat na svém osobním a profesním růstu a rozvoji (Talentové programy, rozvojové aktivity).- Balík benefitů: 5 týdnů dovolené; dny osobního volna - 2 dny, fasování produktů; pitný režim; nákup produktů a firemních reklamních předmětů za zvýhodněné ceny; systém flexibilních benefitů na sport, kulturu, volný čas a do lékáren; příspěvek na penzijní připojištění; stravování v kantýně/příspěvěk na stravování; zvýhodněné volání pro Vás i rodinu; možnost nákupu zaměstnaneckých akcií, které se Vám zvýhodňují; spoustu akcí pro zaměstnance a jejich rodiny, možnost nákupu zaměstnaneckých akcií; multisport karta.
