Om jobbet Beredningsarbetare och processoperatör med ansvar. Cocandy Konfektyr Cocandy Konfektyr AB är i grunden ett familjeägt bolag sedan 1966. Cocandy producerar cocosbollar till hela den nordiska marknaden både i egna varumärken som Smarry och Smaskens, men även i Private Label. All tillverkning sker lokalt på vår fabrik i Åstorp. Cocandys ledstjärna är Nytänkande med förstklassiga varor i fokus.

Om tjänsten I rollen som beredningsarbetare och processoperatör kommer du att medverka till en bra och kvalificerad känsla för produkter och kvalitet samt för en effektiv produktion. Cocandy jobbar inte med lagring av färdigprodukter, utan tillverkar efter order.

Som Beredningsarbetare och processoperatör ingår följande arbetsuppgifter: · Produktion enligt uppgjord produktionslista · Löpande kontroll av sockerkokning. Utföra CCP-kontroller · Löpande kontroll av skum- och chokladtillverkning · Beredning och mixning enligt recept · Dagligen löpande kontroll av att produkterna motsvarar uppgjorda specifikationer · Hantering av produktionen för att minimera svinn · Meddela ansvarig vid avvikande kvalitet · Rastavlösning enligt ansvarigs planering · Daglig städning, upprymning i fabriken, rengöring av maskiner, löpande enligt ansvarigs planering · Plockning av cocosbollar vid löpande band
