En COCUNAT buscamos una persona apasionada por las redes sociales, TikTok y el mundo de los creadores de contenido para dar apoyo a nuestro equipo de Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop.

Buscamos a alguien creativo, organizado y proactivo, con ganas de aprender, descubrir nuevas tendencias y participar en acciones que conecten la creación de contenido con la generación de ventas.

Your responsibilities

Afiliación y TikTok Shop

  • Dar apoyo en la gestión diaria de nuestro programa de afiliados y TikTok Shop.
  • Identificar y contactar con nuevos creadores de contenido que encajen con COCUNAT.
  • Mantener una comunicación cercana con los afiliados, resolviendo dudas y haciendo seguimiento de las colaboraciones.
  • Dar soporte en campañas, lanzamientos, promociones y acciones especiales para creadores.

Contenido y creatividad

  • Estar al día de las últimas tendencias de TikTok e Instagram.
  • Investigar ideas creativas, vídeos virales, hooks y formatos que podamos adaptar a nuestros productos.
  • Proponer ideas de contenido que ayuden a los creadores a conectar con su audiencia y generar ventas.
  • Apoyar en la revisión y seguimiento de los contenidos publicados.

Seguimiento y organización

  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de creadores y colaboraciones.
  • Ayudar en el seguimiento de contenidos, ventas de afiliación y resultados de las campañas.
  • Dar soporte en la coordinación de envíos de productos y otras tareas relacionadas con afiliación.
  • Colaborar con diferentes equipos internos para facilitar la coordinación de las acciones y campañas.

Your profile

  • Estudiante de Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o similar.
  • Interés por las redes sociales, especialmente TikTok e Instagram.
  • Persona creativa, organizada, proactiva y con ganas de aprender.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y facilidad para relacionarse tanto con creadores de contenido como con diferentes equipos internos.
  • Nociones básicas de inteligencia artificial y familiaridad con herramientas de IA aplicadas a la creatividad, la búsqueda de ideas y la optimización de tareas.
  • Curiosidad por las tendencias digitales y capacidad para aportar nuevas ideas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico.
  • Buen nivel de español e inglés.
