En COCUNAT seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a Sales Assistant de 20h para nuestra tienda de Zaragoza.

Buscamos a alguien a quien le apasione la venta, conectar con las personas y generar experiencias que conviertan clientes en auténticos fans de COCUNAT.

Aquí no buscamos simplemente a alguien que atienda una tienda. Buscamos una persona con actitud, energía, iniciativa y orientación a resultados, que quiera formar parte de una marca que está reinventando las reglas de la industria cosmética.

Your responsibilities

  • Ser embajador/a de COCUNAT, transmitiendo nuestra filosofía, productos y valores en cada interacción.
  • Ofrecer una atención personalizada, entendiendo las necesidades de cada cliente y recomendando los productos y rutinas más adecuados.
  • Crear una experiencia de compra diferencial, cercana y memorable.
  • Trabajar activamente para alcanzar y superar los objetivos comerciales y KPI's de la tienda.
  • Fidelizar clientes y convertirlos en auténticos fans de la marca.
  • Gestionar producto, stock, inventario y reposición.
  • Mantener una imagen impecable del punto de venta y apoyar en visual merchandising.
  • Realizar tareas operativas de tienda: apertura, cierre, caja y arqueos.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y aportar soluciones que ayuden al equipo y al negocio.

Your profile

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en venta y atención al cliente, idealmente en cosmética, beauty, moda o retail.
  • Clara orientación comercial y a resultados.
  • Pasión por el cliente y capacidad para generar una experiencia de venta cercana y personalizada.
  • Persona proactiva, resolutiva, ágil y con actitud positiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y asumir responsabilidad sobre tus resultados.
  • Comodidad trabajando con KPI's y objetivos de venta.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarte a un entorno dinámico y exigente.
  • Español nativo o bilingüe.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés para atender a clientes internacionales. Otros idiomas serán un plus.
  • Y, sobre todo: actitud COCUNAT. Queremos gente que venga a sumar, crecer y hacer que las cosas pasen.
