The posting

The Production Designer is a key member of the Studio Production team, responsible for delivering high volumes of pixel-perfect digital assets across one of Code and Theory's largest content accounts. This role lives inside an agency-native AI production workflow, partnering with art directors, designers, and production leads to produce static assets at scale. reliably and consistently. The work is roughly 80% production and 20% creative; it rewards designers who take pride in flawless execution and thrive within a swift, high-volume cadence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Produce high-volume static digital assets weekly, delivered to spec with deployment-ready file prep and rigorous, pixel-level QC
  • Work within an agency-native AI workflow to generate, assemble, and refine assets at scale while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Expand and translate existing creative concepts into new contexts, formats, and dimensions, staying tightly within established creative guidelines
  • Version, resize, and adapt creative across email, media banners, web/on-site, app, and other digital touchpoints, applying responsive design principles across devices and placements
  • Own meticulous quality control, catching and correcting issues at the pixel level before anything moves downstream
  • Maintain strict file naming conventions, file organization, and version control across high volumes of deliverables
  • Export and prep all files and assets for delivery to client and/or developers, ensuring every deliverable meets creative, file-naming, format, and size specifications
  • Hold a consistent, repeatable delivery cadence, turning consolidated feedback quickly to maintain production pace
  • Contribute light creative and design problem-solving where templates and concepts need extending

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2–4 years production design experience within a creative agency or scaled in-house brand team, ideally with high-volume, assets-at-scale delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Demonstrated experience with, or strong curiosity about, AI-assisted design and production workflows and tooling
  • An excellent sense of typography, image, and visual hierarchy
  • Exceptional, pixel-perfect attention to detail and a rigorous QC mindset
  • A proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across a very high volume of deliverables
