  • Quick to learn and adapt to new lesson plan content (provided)
  • Available for a minimum of 2-3 consecutive days during school holidays

About The Role:

As a Camp Manager, you will lead the delivery of our School Holiday programs at your assigned venue, ensuring a smooth, safe and engaging experience for students, staff and families. You are the on-site leader and main point of contact, responsible for both operational excellence and positive camp culture.

What the role involves:

  • Overseeing daily venue set-up and pack-down, ensuring camps run smoothly and on schedule
  • Managing student sign-in and sign-out procedures and acting as the primary liaison for parents
  • Leading and supporting camp staff, including coordinating breaks, supervising playground time, and maintaining high teaching standards
  • Teaching a class at smaller venues (structured lesson plans and resources provided)
  • Acting as the designated First Aid Officer and ensuring all safety, compliance and child protection procedures are followed
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all students
  • Supply own laptop for personal use (such as student sign-in/out)

What we provide:

  • Ongoing support from our Head Office
  • Structured lesson plans and all program resources
  • Opportunity for ongoing work across future school holiday seasons

Required Qualification/Certifications:

  • Must have a Tertiary Teaching/Education Degree and be registered with relevant Australian teaching organisation (4th-year student-teachers can also be considered upon application and suitability for role)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
