⭐Estamos buscando un Senior Data Engineer ⭐

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Data Engineer Senior para unirse al Credit Platform Data Team, con foco en el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines y procesos ETL escalables que aseguren datos confiables y de calidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y optimizar pipelines de datos y workflows ETL.
  • Implementar procesos de validación y control de calidad de datos.
  • Colaborar con producto, analistas y stakeholders para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Optimizar la infraestructura para performance, escalabilidad y costo.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver issues de datos, con análisis de causa raíz.
  • Documentar arquitecturas y participar en code reviews.
  • Mentoría a perfiles más junior dentro del equipo.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Inglés fluido (obligatorio).
  • +3 años de experiencia en Data Engineering.
  • SQL avanzado, optimización de queries y manejo de grandes volúmenes.
  • Python (incluyendo librerías de data processing: Pandas).
  • PySpark y experiencia en entornos Big Data.
  • Experiencia en ETL, data modeling, data warehousing.
  • Conocimientos en Unix/Linux y Shell scripting.
  • Experiencia en automatización de testing para pipelines.

Plus: experiencia con RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL), buenas prácticas de diseño de bases de datos y arquitectura de datos.
