Wir suchen Dich als erfahrene/n Entwickler*in mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Spring oder Java EE sowie Angular oder React.

Du gestaltest CodeCamp:N aktiv mit und setzt bei uns technische Impulse auf unserer Reise als IT-Beratungs- und Umsetzungspartner. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Softwarelösungen.

Wir beraten und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung neuer Produkte, der Erweiterung bestehender Lösungen und der Anpassung von Systemen – vorwiegend im Cloud-Umfeld. Unser Ziel ist es, Lösungen nicht nur zu konzipieren, sondern sie gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden in die Praxis umzusetzen und langfristig weiterzuentwickeln.

Du berätst unsere Kunden konstruktiv, transparent und proaktiv und arbeitest gemeinsam mit deinem Team daran, agile Softwareprojekte auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Dabei bringst du deine Erfahrung ein, um Architekturansätze zu entwickeln, technische Entscheidungen vorzubereiten und nachhaltige Lösungen umzusetzen.

Zudem unterstützt du andere Entwickler*innen im Team, z. B. durch Code Reviews, technische Diskussionen oder Pair Programming, und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams bei.

Deine Lösungen kommunizierst du sowohl am Whiteboard als auch im Code.

Dein Profil

• Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Entwickler*in im Bereich Fullstack- oder Backenddevelopment und hast idealerweise bereits Verantwortung in Architektur- oder Konzeptionsfragen übernommen.

• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in o Spring Boot oder Java EE o Angular oder React o Public Cloud-Technologien wie AWS oder Azure sowie deren Best Practices

• Du bringst ein fundiertes Architekturverständnis im Bereich Service- und Cloudarchitekturen mit und kannst technische Lösungen strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren.

• Du trittst sicher und professionell gegenüber Kunden auf und kannst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen zwischen deinem Team und den Kunden vermitteln.

• Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (z. B. CI/CD-Pipelines, Testautomatisierung oder Code Reviews) und unterstützt dein Team dabei, technische Standards und Codequalität weiterzuentwickeln.

• Idealerweise verfügst du über praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools wie GitHub Copilot oder vergleichbaren Code-Assistenten. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Large Language Models (LLMs) oder modernen KI-Integrationskonzepten wie MCP sind von Vorteil.

• Du bist motiviert, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, sowohl persönlich als auch im Rahmen von CodeCamp:N.

• Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache sehr gut (mindestens C1-Sprachniveau).
