Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt sie in skalierbare, sichere Cloud-native Architekturen auf Basis von Kubernetes und modernen CNCF-Technologien.
  • Du entwirfst und betreibst Kubernetes-Plattformen von Cluster-Design über Networking (z. B. Cilium) bis hin zu GitOps-Workflows mit Argo CD oder Flux CD.
  • Du setzt Infrastructure as Code konsequent ein (Terraform, Crossplane, Cluster API) und baust CI/CD-Pipelines, die Sicherheit und Geschwindigkeit verbinden.
  • Du berätst Kunden bei, Migration und dem Aufbau von Internal Developer Platforms von der Konzeption bis in den Betrieb. Dabei kommunizierst du auf Augenhöhe mit technischen Teams wie mit dem Management und übersetzt technische Konzepte in Geschäftsentscheidungen.
  • Du führst Architektur-Reviews durch, definierst Standards und teilst dein Wissen aktiv im Team.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Cloud- und Plattformumfeld und weißt, wie man Kubernetes in Produktion betreibt.
  • Du kennst dich mit Cloud-native Tooling aus: Kubernetes (EKS, AKS oder selbst betrieben), Helm, Argo CD / Flux CD, Kyverno, Cert-Manager, External Secrets oder vergleichbare Projekte aus dem CNCF-Ökosystem.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Hyperscaler-Cloud mit. AWS oder Azure und weißt, wie man deren Managed Services sinnvoll in Cloud-native Architekturen einbettet.
  • Du beherrschst Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform, Crossplane, Cluster API oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Themen wie Container Security, RBAC, Network Policies und der Cyber Resilience Act oder NIS2 sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, kannst technische Konzepte verständlich vermitteln und arbeitest gerne mit crossfunktionalen Teams.
  • Du kannst technische Komplexität verständlich machen. Ob im Architektur-Review mit Entwickler:innen oder im Management-Briefing mit Entscheider:innen. Du weißt, welche Sprache wann zählt.
  • KI-Kompetenz: Du hast Erfahrung mit AI-Services der Cloud-Provider (z. B. Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) und kannst Kunden bei deren sicherer und skalierbarer Integration beraten.
  • Erfahrungen in den Branchen Insurance, Retail oder Manufacturing sind ein Plus.
  • Wir arbeiten hybrid: Regelmäßiger persönlicher Austausch ist uns wichtig, um Zusammenarbeit zu fördern. Daher ist es für dich selbstverständlich, deine Kunden während wichtiger Projektphasen und Meetings direkt vor Ort zu begleiten. Du pflegst gerne die kollegialen Beziehungen, indem du mindestens alle paar Wochen im Büro bist und an unseren Team-Events teilnimmst.
