Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Datos, Data para unirse a nuestro equipo. Diseñarás, desarrollarás y mantendrás pipelines de datos escalables y seguros que impulsen la analítica, la inteligencia artificial/aprendizaje automático (AI/ML). Trabajarás con AWS, Python y herramientas modernas de datos en un entorno colaborativo y ágil, brindando soporte a clientes de los sectores de tecnología inmobiliaria (PropTech), SaaS e industrias orientadas a los datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos batch y streaming utilizando AWS Glue, Lambda, S3 y Python.
  • Desarrollar flujos de trabajo ETL/ELT con Airflow y Terraform para garantizar la automatización y la consistencia.
  • Implementar Infraestructura como Código (IaC) utilizando Terraform para gestionar recursos en la nube.
  • Colaborar con analistas de datos, científicos de datos y equipos de producto para desarrollar soluciones de datos.
  • Garantizar la calidad, el rendimiento y la observabilidad de los datos en sistemas de producción.
  • Participar en un esquema rotativo de soporte on-call y resolución de incidentes.
  • Utilizar herramientas basadas en inteligencia artificial (por ejemplo, GitHub Copilot y Claude) para aumentar la productividad y la calidad del código.
  • Contribuir a los estándares de la plataforma en materia de seguridad, cumplimiento normativo (ISO 27001) y buenas prácticas.

Requisitos / Habilidades Requeridas

  • Experiencia en ingeniería de datos o desarrollo de software.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de Python y SQL.
  • Experiencia práctica con 2 o más servicios de AWS (Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, Athena).
  • Experiencia con Terraform y Apache Airflow.
  • Comprensión del modelado de datos, sistemas distribuidos y patrones ETL/ELT.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas relacionados con datos en producción.
  • Inglés avanzado o fluido.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate
  • Experiencia con datos financieros o comprensión de conceptos fintech.
