## Job Summary The Agent Force Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting the architecture of Agent Force-related implementations and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of Agent Force-related implementations. - Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and declarative features.

## Qualifications - 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development. - Extensive experience with Salesforce Agent Force platform or similar agent management modules. - Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL/SOSL. - Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules). - Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems). - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are a strong plus. - Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
