## Job Summary The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on agentic AI development. The role is essential in enhancing the capabilities of AI systems to meet the organization's strategic goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement agentic AI solutions. - Utilize Python and relevant frameworks to build scalable AI models. - Conduct knowledge graph modeling and apply semantic reasoning. - Employ SPARQL for querying knowledge graphs. - Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement prompt engineering techniques. - Collaborate on multi-turn dialogue systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methodologies.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python. - Experience with LangChain and LLM orchestration frameworks. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases and GraphDB. - Hands-on experience in knowledge graph modeling, SPARQL, and semantic reasoning. - Familiarity with MCP protocols and tool-augmented agents. - Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multi-turn dialogue systems. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models. - Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering. - At least 2 years of relevant experience specifically in agentic AI development.

## Environment - Hybrid work model with general shift timings. - Locations include Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: 18-22 LPA.
