## Job Summary The Angular Lead will take on a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of web applications using Angular framework. This position requires a deep understanding of front-end technologies, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

## Responsibilities - Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying Angular applications. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jasmine, Karma). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). - Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., NgRx). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in leading projects using Angular.

## Environment The typical work setting may be remote, in-office, or hybrid, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.
