## Job Summary The Aras Innovator Customization role focuses on extending and tailoring the Aras Innovator software platform according to organizational needs. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt the system to enhance business processes and drive efficiencies across the organization.

## Responsibilities - Customize and extend the Aras Innovator platform to meet specific business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customization needs and requirements. - Test and validate custom solutions to ensure functionality and reliability. - Provide support and training to end-users on customized features and functionalities. - Document customization processes and maintain accurate records of changes made.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in Aras Innovator software and its customization capabilities. - Strong understanding of database management and XML/SOAP services. - Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript or similar. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with various development tools and productivity software. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging processes.

## Experience - Prior experience in software customization, particularly with Aras Innovator, is preferred. - Experience in a similar technical role may be beneficial.
