## Job Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails (RoR) to develop and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, contributing to efficient and scalable solutions while working remotely.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather requirements. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices.
