## Job Summary The Cybersecurity role is critical for safeguarding the organization’s data and technological infrastructure. ## Responsibilities - Monitor Security Systems: Continuously assess security systems for vulnerabilities and threats. - Implement Security Protocols: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information. - Conduct Security Assessments: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of security measures through penetration testing and audits. - Incident Response: Quickly respond to cybersecurity incidents to mitigate damage and restore services. - Collaboration: Work with IT and other departments to enhance overall organizational security posture. - Training: Provide training and awareness programs for employees regarding cybersecurity best practices.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency with security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.) - Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 or other compliance frameworks. - Knowledge of network protocols and architectures. - Understanding of malware analysis and prevention. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills for reporting and advising on cybersecurity issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CompTIA Security+ would be a plus. - Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure) and risk management frameworks.
