D365 CRM Developer

## Job Summary We are seeking a mid-senior level Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM Developer for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The developer will play a key role in supporting business processes, enhancing CRM functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role is crucial for driving improvements and delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements. - Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom integrations with other enterprise systems. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the D365 CRM environment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of delivered CRM functionalities. - Provide technical documentation and support end-users during and after implementation.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. - Proficiency in customizing D365 CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools. - Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, and security model. - Experience with integrating D365 CRM with external applications and data sources. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

## Preferred Skills - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certifications. - Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. - Familiarity with Azure services and REST/SOAP APIs. - Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

## Experience - 3-4 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development. - Experience in contract or project-based roles is a plus. - Background in mid-senior developer responsibilities within enterprise environments.

## Environment - Contractual position. - Start date: Immediate. - Location: Not specified (may require flexibility for remote or on-site work depending on client requirements). - Fast-paced, project-focused work environment. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
