## Job Summary The Data Management role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's data infrastructure, ensuring robust data warehousing and management practices. This position plays a crucial part in supporting business intelligence, analytics, and operational efficiency through effective data governance, storage, and retrieval processes. This full-time role has 1 opening, is based in Bangalore or Chennai, has a start date of Immediately, and the application deadline is 2025-05-30T18:30:00.000Z.

## Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage data warehousing solutions to support organizational data needs. - Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data management systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Develop and maintain data documentation, workflows, and best practices. - Monitor data usage and performance, providing recommendations for optimization. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.

## Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - At least 5 years of professional experience in data management or data warehousing. - Strong knowledge of data warehousing techniques and best practices. - High proficiency in analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data governance, data quality, and security protocols. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with relevant data management tools and platforms such as SQL and ETL tools.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). - Certification in data management or data warehousing (e.g., CDMP, Oracle Data Warehousing). - Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Sector-specific experience in finance, healthcare, or technology.

## Experience - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management, data warehousing, or a similar role. - Experience in designing and maintaining large-scale data systems is highly desirable.

## Environment - Full-time position based in Bangalore or Chennai. - Standard office environment with the potential for hybrid or remote work depending on company policy. - Collaborative team setting with interactions among IT, business analysts, and leadership.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum.
