## Job Summary The Data Scientist & Agentic AI Developer will be responsible for utilizing data analysis techniques and developing artificial intelligence solutions that exhibit agentic behavior. This role is critical in enhancing the decision-making processes within the organization, contributing to innovative solutions and advancements in AI technologies.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement AI models that demonstrate agentic properties and behaviors. - Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Monitor the performance of AI models, leveraging feedback to refine algorithms and improve outcomes. - Conduct research on cutting-edge AI methodologies and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

## Qualifications - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, specifically in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib). - Experience with AI technologies that exhibit agentic behavior and autonomous decision-making. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Educational qualification: Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of reinforcement learning and natural language processing.

## Experience - Relevant experience working in data science or AI-focused roles, with emphasis on developing intelligent systems. Minimum 3-5 years preferred.
