## Job Summary The L1/L2 Level Engineering Application Support role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing application performance. The individual in this position will troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to users, and contribute to improving overall application reliability. This role is essential for achieving the organization's IT goals and ensuring seamless operations.

## Responsibilities - Provide technical support for application-related issues at both L1 and L2 levels, ensuring prompt resolution for users. - Analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues, document findings, and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with development teams to assist in application deployments and provide inputs on system functionality. - Monitor application performance metrics and respond to alerts to maintain optimal service levels. - Offer training and guidance to end-users on best practices and application features.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent. - Experience: 3 to 6 years in application support or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in supporting enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and querying languages (such as SQL). - Familiarity with application monitoring tools. - Experience with incident management systems and ticketing tools. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java). - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

## Experience 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in application support, preferably within an IT environment.
