## Job Summary The position aims to enhance the operational efficiency of our clients’ retail and e-commerce activities. The role is integral to ensuring that our digital commerce solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers, contributing to overall company growth.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and define business requirements. - Assist in the design and implementation of commerce solutions tailored to client specifications. - Conduct testing to ensure solutions are functioning as intended and meet quality standards. - Provide support and training to clients on the usage of our commerce systems. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Stay updated on industry trends to suggest improvements and innovations.
