## Job Summary The Flutter Developer will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions. This position involves close collaboration with Product Owners and Solution Designers to understand business needs and provide high-quality coding solutions. The primary goal is to enhance the performance and user experience of applications through effective coding practices and architectural patterns.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Designers to understand business needs and contribute to high-level system designs. - Convert solution designs into high-quality code with thorough analysis and development processes, including Pull Requests. - Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned business and technical domains, showcasing a robust understanding of both business and system processes. - Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code. - Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, paying attention to detail and minimizing technical debt. - Write unit and UI tests to ensure application reliability and performance.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in Dart programming language. - Working experience with the Flutter framework. - Proficient in programming languages Kotlin or Swift. - Minimum of 3-4 years of mobile development experience. - Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle. - Experience or awareness of architectural patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, BloC, etc. - Good understanding of Android/iOS UI design principles. - Proficient in working with Git. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a top-notch team player.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. - Familiarity with Google Firebase. - Understanding or experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.

## Experience - 5-7 years of relevant experience in mobile development, specifically with Flutter and mobile UI design.

## Environment - The role is based in Bangalore and may involve a mix of in-office and remote work settings, depending on company policy and project requirements.
