## Job Summary The Front end Lead will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-quality web applications using Angular JS. This position is responsible for leading a team of front-end developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in the design and development of web applications using Angular JS. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging and responsive designs. - Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices in software development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. - Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for various devices.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proficiency in Angular JS and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with RESTful APIs for seamless integration with back-end services. - Strong understanding of web standards and responsive design principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) for Angular applications. - Experience in cloud-based environments and DevOps practices.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
