Front End Lead - React JS - GSPANN

## Job Summary The Front End Lead for React JS will be responsible for leading front-end development initiatives, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality deliveries. This role will focus on creating responsive web applications that meet user expectations and align with business goals.

## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in creating scalable web applications using React JS. - Collaborate with design and back-end teams to define and implement innovative solutions for user experience. - Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance front-end development processes. - Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing. - Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in React.js and front-end development best practices. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as GIT. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). - Solid knowledge of web accessibility and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue). - Knowledge of server-side rendering and frameworks such as Next.js. - Exposure to TypeScript for adding type definitions to the codebase. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

## Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong background in leading teams or projects.
