## Job Summary The IT Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process for Oracle skill hiring. This position requires an individual who can manage team operations effectively while handling client interactions, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in the IT industry.

## Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for Oracle and related skill sets. - Manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and ensure accountability. - Act as the primary point of contact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver quality talent. - Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates through multiple channels. - Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality benchmarks. - Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics for tracking and optimization. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill.

## Qualifications - 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on Oracle skill hiring. - Proven experience in team management and client handling. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting techniques. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Knowledge of the latest trends in IT recruitment and sourcing methodologies.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment, particularly within the Oracle domain.

## Environment - This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while collaborating with team members and clients.
