## Job Summary The Java Fullstack Developer with React will play a critical role in developing and maintaining web applications. This position demands expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality while contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and React. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience. - Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality. - Integrate APIs and microservices to enhance backend functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize performance. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.

## Qualifications - Technical Skills: - Proficient in Java and React frameworks. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
