Java Developer

## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team on a contractual basis at our Bangalore and Hyderabad offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications, while leveraging expertise in Generative AI to drive innovative solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience who can begin immediately and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications. - Integrate Generative AI capabilities to enhance application functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust software solutions. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

## Qualifications - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java Programming and experience with Generative AI techniques. - Certifications: Relevant Java or AI certifications are a plus. - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of integrating AI models into production environments. - Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and challenges.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Java development and related software engineering roles. - Hands-on experience with enterprise-level applications and generative AI projects.

## Environment - Work Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (candidate can choose based on preference). - Type: Contractual position with an immediate start. - Additional Details: The role offers a collaborative, fast-paced work environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged.

## Salary - Range: 1,200,000 - 1,700,000 per annum
