## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java and React.js developer for a contractual role. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust web applications, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role requires strong backend development using Java alongside modern frontend development with React.js. The position is available immediately with an application deadline of 2025-05-30T18:30:00.000Z.

## Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java and React.js. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full application stack. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure the technical feasibility of designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

## Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in Java programming. - Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks. - Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) in React. - Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices. - Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

## Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Java and React.js development. - Proven track record in developing and deploying full-stack web applications.

## Environment - Work Locations: Chennai, Mumbai, or Pune (onsite or as specified by the contract). - Role Type: Contractual. - Start Date: Immediately. - Fast-paced and collaborative development environment.

## Salary - ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (contractual basis).
