## Job Summary The Software Developer will be responsible for developing web applications using various technologies, including React and Java. This role requires hands-on experience and deep understanding of software development principles, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of web services.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using React, Java, and MongoDB. - Collaborate with team members to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. - Utilize JavaScript and/or TypeScript to optimize application functionality. - Participate in Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and progress tracking. - Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to resolve application issues and improve performance. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

## Qualifications - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. - Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

## Preferred Skills - Exposure to telephony protocols and contact center technologies such as ISDN, SIP, WebRTC, and related protocols like TCP/UDP. - Strong understanding of microservice design and distributed architecture. - Familiarity with build and deployment pipelines and tools.

## Experience - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on web applications.
