## Job Summary The LLM Engineer will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) models. This role is crucial in enhancing the organization's capabilities in handling large language models to meet specific business needs.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement large language models for various applications. - Fine-tune pre-trained models using frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers. - Deploy ML/NLP models into production environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Conduct performance evaluations and optimize models for efficiency and accuracy.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in Python programming. - Experience with Hugging Face Transformers library. - Familiarity with NLP libraries such as SpaCy and NLTK. - Knowledge of fine-tuning models and deployment processes. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms for model deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Knowledge of additional NLP tools and libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

## Experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related field, with 4+ years specifically in ML/NLP.

## Environment This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.

## Salary Estimated budget of 1.5 lakh per month (1.5lpm).
