## Job Summary The AI/ML position at Fissionlabs is designed to leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement AI and ML models to solve complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Monitor and improve existing AI algorithms to enhance performance and accuracy. - Analyze data sets to extract insights and provide recommendations. - Participate in research and development efforts for new AI features and functionalities. - Document processes and methodologies for transparency and future reference.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. - Familiarity with data wrangling tools and techniques for data analysis. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying machine learning models. - Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

## Experience - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects or related fields.
