## Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and should have a solid understanding of full-stack web development, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployment.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Work with MongoDB for database design, performance tuning, and queries. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

## Qualifications - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). - Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or any other state management), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js for building backend APIs. - Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, and indexing. - Understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT, OAuth, and authentication/authorization flows. - Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile development practices. - Experience with unit testing and debugging tools. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools. - Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries. - Understanding of DevOps methodologies.

## Experience - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
