## Job Summary The Microsoft Cloud Native Lead and Microsoft Full Stack Engineer Professional is responsible for leading initiatives related to cloud-native architectures and full-stack development practices. This role is pivotal for driving innovation, implementing best practices, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

## Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native applications and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop full-stack solutions using Microsoft technologies. - Evaluate existing applications and systems to identify opportunities for cloud migration and modernization. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Ensure security, quality, and performance of applications throughout the software development lifecycle. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive strategic initiatives.

## Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps. - Strong experience in full-stack development, with expertise in languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like .NET and React. - Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline creation. - Experience in database management (SQL and NoSQL). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with general software development practices and Agile methodologies. - Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design patterns. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-native and full-stack technologies.
