## Job Summary The PeopleSoft PeopleTools position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft applications. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the organization's PeopleSoft environment by ensuring effective use of PeopleSoft PeopleTools functionalities.

## Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Provide ongoing support and technical assistance for PeopleSoft applications. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Component Interface, and PeopleCode. - Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, or CRM is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with upgrading PeopleSoft applications. - Familiarity with integration technologies and tools. - Understanding of cloud-based PeopleSoft solutions.

## Experience - Relevant experience working with PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools. - Experience in software development or information systems.
