## Job Summary The role involves working with cutting-edge identity management solutions to enhance security and user experience. Candidates will contribute to the development and support of Ping Identity's products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and address customer needs.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement identity management solutions that align with customer requirements. - Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize product performance and functionality. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues. - Participate in the design and architecture of secure identity solutions. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in identity management.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in identity management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA). - Familiarity with machine learning and AI in security contexts.

## Experience A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in identity management or a related field is preferred.
