## Job Summary The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights and ensuring that stakeholders have seamless access to the information they need.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports for effective data visualization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet their needs. - Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability. - Create and maintain documentation for all BI projects to ensure best practices are followed. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of Power BI tools.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in Power BI and a solid understanding of data modeling techniques. - Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data transformation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Familiarity with SQL and databases is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud services like Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

## Experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development or related roles.
