## Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project teams, and oversee all phases of project development to align outcomes with organizational goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop project plans outlining scope, budget, resources, and timelines. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. - Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance to meet project milestones. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed to maintain project alignment with objectives. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery. - Strong understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

## Preferred Skills - Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile methodologies. - Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in project management. - Familiarity with risk management processes.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar role is preferred.
